Construction works have commenced on a new residential project consisting of four six-story blocks. The buildings will operate using a heat pump system, providing all residents with cost-effective thermal energy. The project is set to be completed by 2026, with the investment value not disclosed.

„Noura Residence marks our debut as investors in the real estate market. We selected a highly sought-after area, especially by those working in the northern parts of the city, and partnered with SVN Romania, the country’s largest seller of new homes,” stated Florin Tanase.

The project is located in the Pipera area, near the headquarters of multinational companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Bergenbier, Michel[mepr-show rules=”1611″ unauth=”both”]in, and TotalSoft.

„The Pipera-South area is evolving into a prominent residential hub, primarily due to its easy access to major business centers in Pipera and Aviatiei, as well as its strong connections to various top private educational institutions, commercial zones, and the A3 Highway,” commented Victor Vremera, COO and Managing Partner of SVN Romania, the project’s consultant.
